What Is SWL Movement?

SWL (Student Wellness and Leadership) Movement is an all inclusive student-run organization actively working to help students understand all aspects of mental health in a safe space, and empower them to be leaders. By leaders, we don't just mean leaders for other people. We want people to be leaders for themselves on the fronts of both mental wellness and their lives.
We want to inspire teenagers to be confident and be proud of the people they are. We also want to provide teenagers free resources, because we know that not everyone can access the help they need.

This March, SWL is hosting a summit for teenagers to talk to speakers, professionals, and peers that have gone through similar experiences to connect and create a sense of community.
